Data sets of calanoid copepod and cladoceran abundances (N/m³) and biomass (mg/m³) of the Baltic Sea from Finnish monitoring. Sampling with WP-2 and mesh size of 0.1 mm in accordance to HELCOM Monitoring and Assessment program (HELCOM, 1988, 2005).
