Teilnahme- und Stornobedingungen

Die Teilnahme beinhaltet die Präsenzteilnahme an Vorträgen und Abendveranstaltung, sowie die Pausenverpflegung. Die Frist für die Registrierung endet am 15. November 2023.

Nach der Registrierung erhalten Sie per E-Mail ein Teilnahmebestätigung.

Stornierungen der Teilnahme sind bis 20. November 2023 möglich. Die Stornierung muss schriftlich an das Organisationsbüro gesendet werden. Im Falle einer Absage der Veranstaltung durch die Organisatoren können keine bereits entrichteten Auslagen wie z. B. für Anfahrt oder Unterkunft erstattet werden.

Die Anzahl der Teilnehmenden ist durch die Kapazität des Veranstaltungsortes begrenzt. Die Organisatoren behalten sich das Recht vor, Anmeldungen abzulehnen, wenn die Veranstaltung ausgebucht ist. Das KüNO III-Abschlusssymposiums wird fotografiert und/oder gefilmt, und die Organisatoren behalten sich das Recht vor, das Material für Marketing- und Projektzwecke zu verwenden. Wenn Sie jedoch nicht auf Fotos oder Videos zu sehen sein möchten, teilen Sie dies bitte dem Organisationsbüro vor der Veranstaltung schriftlich mit.

Die Veranstalter des KüNO III-Abschlusssymposiums verpflichten sich zum Datenschutz und zum Schutz Ihrer persönlichen Daten. Die Organisatoren verwenden Ihre persönlichen Daten für die Verwaltung und für die Zusendung relevanter Informationen im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung. Außerdem werden Ihr Name und Ihre Zugehörigkeit für die Teilnehmendenliste des KüNO III-Abschlusssymposiums verwendet.

Terms of condition & cancellation

The participation includes attendance at lectures and the evening event, as well as catering during breaks. The deadline for registration is 15 November 2023.

After registration, you will receive an confirmation email.

Cancellations of participation are possible free of charge until 20 November 2023. Cancellations must be sent in writing to the organisation office. In case of cancellation of the event by the organisers, all paid fees for e. g. accommodation and travel can't be refunded.

The number of participants is limited by the capacity of the venue. The organisers reserve the right to refuse registrations if the event is fully booked. The KüNO III Final Symposium will be photographed and/or filmed and the organisers reserve the right to use the material for marketing and project purposes. However, if you do not wish to be included in photographs or videos, please inform the organising office in writing before the event.

The organisers of the final symposium of KüNO III are committed to data protection and to protecting your personal data. The organisers will use your personal data for administration purposes and to send you relevant information in connection with the event. In addition, your name and affiliation will be used for the list of participants of the final symposium of KüNO III.
